Our consultation and examination fees are structured as follows:

• First Consultation: RM 105 – RM 195

• Follow-Up Consultation: RM 90 – RM 120

• Dermoscopic Examination: RM 80 – RM 180

• Total Body Dermoscopic Examination (Mole Mapping): RM 265 – RM 320

Note: Final charges vary based on the nature, severity, and complexity of the skin condition. All fees strictly adhere to the MMA 5th Revised Schedule 2020.

Starting January 2027, e-invoices will be available upon request. Standard invoices will be issued as usual until then. 

To request an e-invoice at the time of payment, please furnish your TIN and SST details (if applicable) on-site. This complies with IRB guidelines under Section 134A of the Income Tax Act (IRB Reference). 

Yes, we perform mole removal. 

Before any procedure, we conduct a dermoscopic examination to assess the lesion and ensure safety. The recommended treatment approach depends on the mole’s size, location, vascularity, and specific medical characteristics. 

Yes, covered parking is available at Menara Hap Seng via the basement ramp. 

You may also park at the adjacent Hap Seng 2 or 3 buildings and walk over to Hap Seng 1 from the lift lobby.

Yes! Simply inform us of the medication and quantity you require. We will confirm your order and send you the online payment details. Once payment is complete, you may arrange for a courier or self-pickup during our regular operating hours. 

No, medical reports are not free. Due to the administrative costs of retrieving and archiving records, fees range from RM 80 to RM 150 depending on the report's length and complexity. 

Preparation typically takes 5 to 7 working days, adhering to MMC guidelines and Act 586 (Private Healthcare Facilities and Services Order 2013).
